Julians Berry Farm and Cafe had a great season with our berries producing record yields. The berries were of great quality mainly due to the cold nights after rain and some hot days sprinkled in between! We are still waiting for summer to kick in though....... Our cafe was busy despite the rain and we still managed to sell over 50,000 ice creams! Thanks to all our customers we always have a good time with you! Good luck to all our staff returning to Uni or other employment. We hope to see everyone again in October! Cheers Monica and Paul

PYO has started and the strawberries are amazing! They are in great condition and taste like summer. It is easy picking and lots of fun. We have containers so come on out and bring the family for berries and ice creams. The animal farm has bunnies, chickens, 2 lambs and a calf at present. The alpaca's are coming back soon!

Julians Berry Farm and Cafe will open in October. Our hydroponic strawberries are rippening up and looking great! The field strawbs have had a lot of rain this year but are growing well. The early August frosts are good for them! We have started getting ready for the new season and are looking for a chef for our busy cafe at present. We are picking strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and boysenberries  daily! The rain is great for new growth, but not so good for the quality of the berries. If you want your berries to last longer KEEP THEM COVERED IN THE FRIDGE! We are hopping to have lots for christmas. A good idea is to come and pick your own early this week and keep them in the fridge. See you soon!

Ranui berries are my personal favourite, they are big juicy blackberries and have a short season, before you know it they will be GONE so come and get some NOW!!! They are on special this week!! You can also PICK YOUR OWN!!!
