Julians Berry Farm Recipes Featured in National Book

Two of our favourite recipes are showcased in the newly-released 'Great New Zealand Cookbook'.

Described as 'The Quintessential Kiwi Food Bible', the cookbook features recipes from 80 of New Zealand's top cooks, chefs and bakers.

Julians Berry Farm & Café's famous berry jam and french toast recipes feature alongside tasty treats from favourite NZ foodies Al Brown, Dame Alison Holst, Simon Gault and Julie LeClerc, to name a few.

Our french toast recipe was inspired by Julians Berry Farm & Café chef Renee Hall's grandmother, and has become a firm family favourite.

You can purchase copies of The Great New Zealand Cookbook from all good bookstores, and enjoy Julians berry jams and delicious french toast from the Café during the berry season (October - February).
