Smoothies!

These are a great treat on a hot summer day or after a busy day of work or exercise. They will boost your immune system and rejuvenate you to take on another great day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp ice cream
  • 1 cup Julians smoothie mix
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 350 ml milk

Steps:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy.
