Smoothies!
These are a great treat on a hot summer day or after a busy day of work or exercise. They will boost your immune system and rejuvenate you to take on another great day.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp ice cream
- 1 cup Julians smoothie mix
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 350 ml milk
Steps:
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds.
- Pour into glass and enjoy.
